The mission of the United Methodist Foundation of West Virginia is to create a culture of generosity that transforms the world by raising, managing, and distributing funds that serve the needs of all people and communities.
The Foundation was created in 1974 by the West Virginia Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church. Today, we are a legally separate 501(c)(3) public charity, connected in mission to the Church with an emphasis on United Methodist ministry, but also serving the needs of the community around us.
